82% of patients say they were satisfied with the date and time of an appointment offered
70% of patients are satisfied with the clinical and reception team
87% of patients like the improvements to our Lennard Road surgery 'a lot'
80% of patients were satisfied with the cleanliness of both surgeries
79% of patients haven't had any problems in getting their repeat prescription within 48 hours
